ANALYSIS

Our staff meets with you to determine the project scope, budget, timeframe, and any unique challenges particular to your project. The analysis phase usually includes a site visit to better understand the environment into which our solutions will be integrated.

DESIGN

Having gained a full understanding of your project, our design team generates a custom proposal tailored to your needs and budget. Upon design proposal approval, our engineering team generates the drawings and other construction documents for your new custom system.

INSTALLATION

Your custom system is assembled and tested in our facility prior to installation. Our highly trained professional integrators provide seamless state-of-the-art installations in your facility. Our programmers add intuitive graphical interfaces to your electronic control systems, bringing system control to your fingertips.

TRAINING

Once installation is completed, BCI provides comprehensive hands-on training and printed documentation on the functionality of your new audio-visual system. We also offer maintenance contracts and support contracts for large events.

SUPPORT

BCI offers outstanding ongoing service and support to keep your system performance optimized. We provide system tune-ups, repair services, replacement parts, and accessories. Our service contracts help to ensure that your system is ready to perform when you need it.
