CITRUS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CHAMBER

BCI Integrated Solutions designed and built a production and presentation system for the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners.

The system has the ability to use multiple inputs for display, from documents to video to PC graphics. Three PTZ cameras capture the action in the chamber, and an automatic microphone mixer handles the audio. A production switcher provides for the multiple sources and allows for additional effects often required in multimedia presentations. The system is low-profile to maximize aesthetics.

The boardroom audio-video system provides separate feeds for in-room and live-to-air production, providing for the best media experience for all audiences, whether in the room or watching at home. The complete integration allows board members to view any and all sources.  Proceedings can be recorded via digital video, providing an archive record of the meeting for long term storage.
